I first encountered Julian skating and playing shows in San Diego at the ripe age of 16. When I was first building the restaurant he'd come by with carloads of strange supplies like tape, brooms, candles and tools. One time he showed up in a huge plush bunny mask and scared everyone in the kitchen (someone captured it on camera, above).
