It’s finally here LUNCH at Woon Filipinotown! Starting Thursday, September 12, join us Friday - Sunday from 11 AM - 3 PM for the menu everyone’s been waiting for. 

We’re teaming up with our friend Danny D for a night of clay, craft, and comfort food.

Danny Dooreck sommelier turned ceramicist founded Danny D’s Mud Shop out of a garage in Echo Park. Now based in East Hollywood, his studio turns out beautiful hand-thrown, carved, and painted pieces that feel as good in your hands as they look on your table.

We’re teaming up again with our friends at Senses Coffee for another pop up at Woon! Come through for a morning of freshly brewed drinks, chill vibes, and good company. Whether you’re fueling up before exploring the neighborhood or settling in for a lazy weekend, Senses is bringing their signature energy (and espresso) to the shop.

Which is why Mia’s playlist is perfect to help you get pumped up or float on through your day. You can catch us playing it in the kitchen on any given morning or hear Mia blasting it through her Chevy Silverado speakers when driving by.

On sunday august 10th we hosted mad collective for a brunch where every plate helped put food on someone else’s. the fundraiser featured Dublab dj, beau mathews, pour sport coffee, and sugar pop 55. woon donated 10% of all food sales to mad collective which provided lunches for surrounding schools. we had such a blast hosting this event and hope to do it again soon. thank you to everyone who contributed. if you’d like to donate directly to mad collective’s efforts you can visit their site here.

We’re very excited to have our friend, Monica from Pour Sport Coffee, take over the front bar during Pasadena’s Brunch service for this weekend. Pour Sport Coffee will be whipping up some specialty coffee and espresso drinks during Woon Brunch on Saturday, August 9th and Sunday, August 10th from 10am - 2pm.

Woon Tunes Volume 18 is brought to you by our Dough Lead, Travis Slovacek. Travis is a true Renaissance man and his music reflects that. He’s a helluva baker, karoake-ist, and is the lead man in his band Sadomachina. What more can you ask for from a human?!

Woon is coming to Rasa! On Tuesday, July 29th, Woon Chefs Paul and Darin will be bringing Chinese influences to Rasarumah's Malaysian house of flavor. You can expect a few specials like Siu Mai Dumpling skewers, Sesame Gem Salad, and Wagyu Beef Cheek Roti. We’re so excited to be partnering with our neighbors. You can make a reservation now, but walk-ins are welcome.
