A few weeks ago we had a staff outing at one of my favorite dim sum / seafood spots, Five Star Seafood in San Gabriel Valley. They set us up in a private room with a nice view and we brought our own beers and wines hand picked by Pinkies Up (Betty also brought her own michelada bar). Woon Dumplings @ Epicurus Gourmet ~ Saturday, April 6th
We’ll be sampling our pork and vegan dumplings at Epicurus Gourmet this Saturday, April 6th starting at 12pm. You can taste and shop Mama’s Frozen Pork and Vegan Dumplings, made in-house daily. You can also shop some of our other Homestyle Goods like Frozen Chewy Noodles, Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Wok Legend’s Seasoning Salt, Mama’s Way Hot Sauce and Stir Fry Sauce. Woon Presents The Baodega Pop Up ~ Tuesday, January 16th
We are very excited to host The Baodega, a Sichuanese supperclub from Brooklyn, NY. This will be the first time we are hosting a pop up featuring Chinese food. The menu will feature Stir Fried Water Spinach, Sichuanese Wings, Mapo Tofu, Century Egg and Eggplant Noodles featuring Woon Chewy Noodles, Steamed Prawns Over Vermicelli, and New York Cheesecake w/ Pomelo Marmalade. It will be first-come, first-served, dine-in only. Our regular drink menu will be available for the evening.

Special Delivery for Metalwood Studio
Woon Productions presents the sixth episode in our series titled, Special Delivery, documenting the interesting subjects from our Woon community who contribute to make Woon what it is today.
In this episode, we visit our friend and founder of Metalwood Studio, Cole Young, at Metalwood's storefront and office on La Brea Ave. Metalwood Studio is not your average golf brand. It's an ode to golf in the ‘90s and some of the early 2000s. They offer a collection that includes vintage-inspired clothing, accessories and golf equipment.
Cole and I were neighbors. We crossed paths and shared a history of working in similar fashion brands. We both also grew up playing golf competitively. We now have our own small businesses which embraces the counter culture. It was only fitting that we'd create the most niche collaboration ever.
Our 4 piece MetalWoon capsule collection features two hats, a t-shirt and caddy towel.
